Duties & Responsibilities of Security Guards

The security guards shall be dressed in complete uniform.

Monitoring the visitors, making entries and directing them to the respective areas.

Making all incoming and outgoing entries as per invoice and gate pass.

Handling EPBX system (if required) in case there is no one manning the reception area.

To check all offices are properly locked after closing hours.

Preventing all unauthorized movements.

The handing over and taking over of each duty will be on a register.

The guard will maintain the emergency telephone number of your management and SecureShield Security Services Pvt Ltd Operation Manager.
